A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are. In AA we make many long lasting friendships that often save our lives.

Where am I?

In Stay Clean you can ask and answer questions and share your experience with others!

There is ample evidence that the human connections among people who share their experience strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem IS the secret sauce of twelve step programs.  We know many people who do not thoroughly follow the path but recover if they immerse themselves in that fellowship and sorority.  I know for me that there are many, many people in recovery who stay in touch, inquire, know what is up for me, and would do what was needed in a crunch and they know that their engagement is reciprocated.  What a gift
